These Terms govern use of jeffreytsf.com, a personal website operated by Jeffrey Tan (陈盛辉) personally in Singapore. They do not create a contract with Saibergard or RECASYS. Use the site lawfully; if you do not agree to the applicable Terms, please stop using it. Mandatory rights under applicable law are preserved.

Content introduces Jeffrey’s experience, interests and professional activities for general information. It is not legal, financial, investment, cybersecurity, technical or other professional advice, and is not an offer or a promise of results. Obtain advice suited to your circumstances before acting. Any engagement requires a separate agreement with the relevant party.

03Intellectual property

Unless indicated otherwise, the original site content and design belong to Jeffrey Tan or are used under licence. Third-party names, trademarks, logos, photographs and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may view the site and make limited copies for personal, non-commercial reference while keeping attribution and proprietary notices. Other reproduction, adaptation or commercial exploitation requires the relevant owner’s permission.

04Acceptable use and enquiries

Do not attack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site; introduce malware; scrape private information; impersonate others; or submit unlawful, infringing or abusive material. This page does not authorise security testing. Use contact form to report concerns without accessing other people’s data or disrupting the site.

Provide accurate information you are entitled to share. Please do not submit confidential client material, credentials or sensitive personal data through the form. A website enquiry does not establish a professional relationship or a confidentiality agreement. Personal data handling is described in the Privacy Notice. The contact form currently does not transmit or store enquiries.

Links to LinkedIn, affiliated businesses and other sites are provided for convenience. Their operators control their own content, services and privacy practices. A link or mention does not by itself imply endorsement or transfer responsibility for this personal site to a third party.

07Singapore law and changes

Singapore law governs these Terms, with non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, subject to mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings elsewhere that applicable law gives you. These Terms may be updated by publishing a revised version and effective date. Changes do not override rights relating to earlier use.
